The ticket request period has ended and ticket request status emails have been sent.

Tickets go on-sale to the public on Friday, October 8th at 12PM ET. For more information please go to phish.com/tours.

Travel Packages go on sale Thursday, October 7th at 12PM ET. No password or pre-registration is required to purchase. For more information please visit: cidentertainment.com/events/phish-new-years-run/ .

Please note the following important changes to the ticket request process:

  • Tickets will be mobile delivery.
  • You may request commemorative tickets for an additional shipping and handling fee. If you are granted tickets, your commemorative tickets will ship in January after the shows.
  • You will receive a request status email for each show that you request tickets for, letting you know whether or not you were granted tickets. If you request a 4-Day Ticket, you will only receive a single request status email. If you request multiple shows, you will receive a request status email for each show.
  • If you are granted tickets, you will receive an email in mid-October with instructions to claim your tickets.
  • Each 4-Day ticket is one mobile ticket you will use each night for entry. You cannot split a 4-Day ticket into individual show tickets.

Our allotment of tickets includes all levels of seat quality and price levels including seats behind the stage. If your ticket request is granted, you will not know your seat locations until after your order is finalized and it is non-refundable.

All requests are subject to availability.

If you are requesting a multi-day ticket you may NOT request single day tickets at the same venue. Requesting multi-day tickets and single day tickets at the same venue could result in a low priority assignment of your request.

Please do not submit multiple requests, as this will not increase your chance of receiving tickets and may result in a low priority assignment or even rejection of your requests.

The price listed on the ticket request is the highest priced ticket you can expect to purchase should you be granted tickets. If you choose best available and are selected for tickets and GA Floor tickets are no longer available you may be granted reserved tickets and will be charged the appropriate amount.

When you place your request, an authorization of either $0.00 or $1.00 is sent to your bank to ensure your card is valid. This authorization is immediately reversed. You will only be charged if you are granted tickets. This authorization does not mean that you are granted tickets and it will disappear from your pending charges. The time it takes for this authorization to disappear depends on your bank.

COVID-19 Entry Protocols
Please be aware of the latest COVID-19 entry protocols for this event:

All Guests Age 12 And Older
All guests age 12 and older will be required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (meaning the day of your event is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose).

Children Under Age 12
Children under 12 can attend with a vaccinated adult, but please note:
Children under 12 will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR test taken within 48 hours of the day of the event).
Children ages 2 to 11 will need to wear masks inside the venue except while actively eating or drinking.
